Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order, and may require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order. If your order is cancelled, you will not be billed.

All Sales are Final
We do not do returns, exchanges or refunds for digital content or physical products that we mail out to you.

Physical Product Shipping Policy

All Physical products are shipped using Priority USPS Post unless otherwise specified. Products are typically shipped within 1 business day. Out of Stock products are shipped the moment they arrive at the warehouse. You are responsible for any customs fees and taxes that your country may impose on you during international shipping.

USA: 2 - 5 Business Days
Canada & Mexico: 3 - 7 Business Days
International: 5 - 14 Business Days

Premium Shipping services are available through ups and fed ex which can include insurance for your package. You must email us for a quote.

Packages that are not accepted will not be shipped out again until a 2nd payment for shipping has been made. Refunds on shipping will not be given for packages that have not been accepted.

Digital Product Policy

All Digital Products have instant access once purchased. Once a digital product is purchased you will receive an email with instructions in accessing your product. Please check Junk Mail if you did not receive an email.

If in the rare event, you do not have immediate access, please send us an email and we will fix it as soon as possible.

All digital content is accessible as long as you remain an active member on the Core Love website. If membership is discontinued, purchased content will no longer be accessible.

Core Love and Sacred G LLC reserve the right to cancel membership status for breaching the Terms of Service contract.
